慶応義塾大学大学院理工学研究科修士課程修了。レーザプラズマを用いた軟エックス線レーザに関する研究に従事。修士論文『Ni様Kr軟Ｘ線レーザに関する研究』

慶応義塾大学理工学部電気工学科卒業。
